Access to court case information is available over the Internet for Criminal, Civil, Small Claims, Traffic, Probate, and Domestic Relations cases. Case information for these cases may be found at mycase.in.gov.
Members of the Clerk’s staff are available to retrieve court records and answer questions during office hours. Because the Clerk is responsible for maintaining a large collection of records, the earliest of which date back to 1824, the length of time that is required to retrieve a record or records may vary greatly depending on the type and age of the record.
